Calamansi juice (or lemon juice)

Cooking oil
Instructions:
1. Marinate the beef slices in soy sauce, calamansi juice, and garlic for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the marinated beef slices until browned. Set aside.
3. In the same skillet, sauté the onion rings until they become translucent.
4. Return the beef to the skillet. Add the marinade and black pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
Notes:
For a more authentic taste, use calamansi juice instead of lemon juice.
