Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Dip chicken breasts in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  • Place chicken in a baking dish. Top with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil if desired.

Notes:

For a crispier texture, you can broil the dish for the last 2-3 minutes.
