Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb White fish fillets cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 8 small Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Chopped cilantro

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Rub the fish with the spice mixture.
  • 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  • 3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  • 4. Assemble the tacos by placing fish strips on tortillas, then top with shredded cabbage, sour cream, lime juice, and cilantro.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite toppings like avocado or salsa.
