Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Rub the fish with the spice mixture.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
4. Assemble the tacos by placing fish strips on tortillas, then top with shredded cabbage, sour cream, lime juice, and cilantro.
