Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Rainbow Trout fresh
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 lemon Lemon sliced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease it with olive oil.
  • Place the rainbow trout fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Drizzle the fillets with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
  • Place lemon slices on top of the fillets and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve hot with your favorite sides.

Notes:

For a more intense flavor, marinate the fish for 30 minutes before baking.
