Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease it with olive oil.
Place the rainbow trout fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle the fillets with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
Place lemon slices on top of the fillets and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes:
For a more intense flavor, marinate the fish for 30 minutes before baking.
