Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Butter softened
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • Cream the butter and sugar together in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  • Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until combined.
  • Press the dough into a baking tray and prick the surface with a fork.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly golden.
  • Let cool before cutting into pieces.
