Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the blueberries with 1/2 cup of sugar. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix the flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the milk until just combined.
Pour the melted butter into a baking dish. Pour the batter over the butter, but do not stir.
Spoon the blueberry mixture evenly over the batter. Again, do not stir.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the batter comes out clean.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
This cobbler is best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
