Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Blueberries
  • 1 cup Sugar divided
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the blueberries with 1/2 cup of sugar. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix the flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the milk until just combined.
  • Pour the melted butter into a baking dish. Pour the batter over the butter, but do not stir.
  • Spoon the blueberry mixture evenly over the batter. Again, do not stir.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the batter comes out clean.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This cobbler is best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
