Instructions:
1. In a large pot, combine blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens, about 30 minutes.
3. Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Seal immediately.
4. Let jars cool to room temperature before storing in the refrigerator.
Notes:
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or process in a water bath for longer storage.
