Ingredients:  

Cake Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Crushed pineapple with juice
  • 2 units Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking soda.
  • Add the eggs, crushed pineapple with juice, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil. Mix well.
  • Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool before serving.

Notes:

This pineapple cake is best served chilled.
