Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch baking pan.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix well.
Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture, alternating with milk. Fold in blueberries.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
For streusel, combine sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool before serving.
Notes:
Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
