Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil.
  • Add flour and stir until the mixture forms a ball.
  • Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
  • Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool completely.
  • Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  • Slice puffs in half and fill with whipped cream.

Notes:

Best served fresh. Store in the refrigerator if not serving immediately.
