Phyllo dough
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, and raisins.
Lay out phyllo dough and brush each sheet with melted butter. Layer 6 sheets.
Spread breadcrumbs over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
Place apple mixture on top of breadcrumbs. Roll up the dough, tucking in the ends.
Place strudel on a baking sheet and brush with remaining butter.
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes:
Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
