Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreos
  • 1 cup Pancake mix
  • 1 cup Water
  • as needed Vegetable oil for frying
  • to taste Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions: 

  • Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, combine pancake mix and water until smooth.
  • Dip each Oreo into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
  • Carefully place the coated Oreos into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove Oreos with tongs and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  • Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.

Notes:

Best enjoyed fresh. You can also experiment with different types of cookies!
