Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 piece Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 pieces Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Spinach chopped
  • 1 piece Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  • Add the shredded cheese, spinach, bell pepper, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or zucchini.
