Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup water more if needed
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch for dusting

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
  • Add the egg and mix well.
  • Gradually add water, mixing until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 5 minutes.
  • Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin.
  • Cut into 3.5-inch squares.
  • Dust with cornstarch to prevent sticking.

Notes:

Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
