Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoni slices
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle.
  • Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  • Layer the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  • Roll up the dough tightly from one long side to the other, pinching the edges to seal.
  • Place the Stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other fillings like bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms.
