Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 lb sausage meat
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying

Instructions: 

  • Boil the eggs for 5 minutes, then cool in ice water.
  • Peel the eggs and set aside.
  • Divide sausage meat into 4 portions and flatten each portion.
  • Wrap each egg in sausage meat, ensuring it is fully covered.
  • Roll each wrapped egg in flour, then beaten egg, then breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry each egg until golden brown.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve warm or cold.
