Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 liter Milk whole milk
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the milk in a pot until it starts to simmer.
  • 2. Add lemon juice and stir until the milk curdles.
  • 3. Remove from heat and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  • 4. Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth-lined strainer.
  • 5. Gather the cheesecloth and squeeze out excess whey.
  • 6. Add salt and mix well.
  • 7. Shape the cheese and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes:

Use fresh lemon juice for best results.
