Instructions:
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the popcorn kernels and sugar, stirring constantly.
Cover the pot with a lid and continue to cook, shaking the pot occasionally, until popping slows down.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with salt. Stir to coat evenly.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes:
Be careful not to burn the sugar. Keep stirring to prevent sticking.
