Ingredients:

  • 12 pieces Mushrooms stems removed
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Chives chopped

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Spoon the cheese mixture into the mushroom caps.
  • Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  • Garnish with chopped chives before serving.

Notes:

These stuffed mushrooms are best served warm. You can prepare the filling ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to use.
