Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 jar diced pimentos, drained (4 oz)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and diced pimentos.
  • Add the garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes:

For a spicier version, add more cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce.
