Ingredients:

  • 4 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
  • Add the lime juice and salt. Stir well to combine.
  • Let the salsa sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Adjust the amount of jalapeño to your desired level of spiciness.
