Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spoon tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices. Serve immediately.
Notes:
Best served fresh. You can prepare the tomato mixture ahead of time and refrigerate.
