Instructions:
1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
2. Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
3. Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
4. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
5. Once the cooking time is complete, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
6. Open the lid, stir the chili, and serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to top with shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped green onions.
