Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Corn drained
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 4 cups Chicken broth

Instructions: 

  • 1. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • 2. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning over the chicken.
  • 3. Pour chicken broth over the ingredients.
  • 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  • 5. Remove chicken breasts, shred them, and return to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  • 6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings like cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.

Notes:

This soup is perfect for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
