Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
  • 3. Transfer the turkey mixture to the slow cooker.
  • 4. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, black beans, chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the slow cooker.
  • 5. Stir everything together until well combined.
  • 6. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  • 7. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.

Notes:

Feel free to adjust the spices to your taste. You can also add more vegetables like bell peppers or corn.
