Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, grated
  • 2 Green onions, sliced
  • 2 Boiled eggs, halved
  • 1 cup Spinach

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  • 2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir well.
  • 4. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  • 5. Add the spinach and let it wilt.
  • 6. Serve the soup in bowls, topped with sliced green onions and halved boiled eggs.

Notes:

Feel free to add any other toppings you like, such as mushrooms, corn, or bamboo shoots.
