Instructions:
1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir well.
4. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
5. Add the spinach and let it wilt.
6. Serve the soup in bowls, topped with sliced green onions and halved boiled eggs.
Notes:
Feel free to add any other toppings you like, such as mushrooms, corn, or bamboo shoots.
