Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Butter unsalted
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  • 2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • 3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • 4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • 5. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • 6. Serve immediately over your favorite pasta.

Notes:

For a thicker sauce, let it simmer a bit longer. For a thinner sauce, add a splash of milk.
