Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  • 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  • 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  • 4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
