Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place cubed potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions, bacon bits, and cheddar cheese.
Add the baked potatoes to the mixture and stir until well combined.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm or chilled.
