Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Carrots, grated
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Grate the carrots and place them in a mixing bowl.
  • 2. Add the raisins, mayonnaise, and lemon juice to the bowl.
  • 3. Mix everything together until well combined.
  • 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add nuts or other dried fruits for extra texture and flavor.
