Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Dandelion Greens washed and chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp Salt to taste
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • 3. Add the dandelion greens and cook until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
  • 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.

Notes:

Feel free to add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavor.
