Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender.
2. Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Grill or cook the hot dogs in a skillet until heated through.
4. Place hot dogs in buns and top with the meat sauce. Serve immediately.
