Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 hot dogs
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a saucepan, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender.
  • 2. Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 3. Grill or cook the hot dogs in a skillet until heated through.
  • 4. Place hot dogs in buns and top with the meat sauce. Serve immediately.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite toppings like cheese or pickles.
