Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 8 pieces Taco shells
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chickpeas, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
  • Assemble tacos by adding chickpea mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream to each shell.
