Ingredients:

  • 1 head Cabbage shredded
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • 2. Form the mixture into burger patties.
  • 3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • 4. Cook the patties in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  • 5. Serve hot with your favorite burger toppings.
