  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 4 buns Hamburger Buns

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and chopped onion. Mix well.
  • 3. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  • 4. Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  • 5. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  • 6. Assemble the burgers and serve hot.
