Cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Dip each fish fillet in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Place fish fillets in the basket, spray tops with cooking spray.
Cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Notes:
Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce for extra flavor.
