Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Fish fillets Use any white fish
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 pieces Eggs, beaten
  • as needed Cooking spray

Instructions: 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Dip each fish fillet in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  • Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Place fish fillets in the basket, spray tops with cooking spray.
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Notes:

Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce for extra flavor.
