Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 medium Apples any variety
  • 1 cup Water optional, for dilution

Instructions: 

  • Wash and core the apples.
  • Cut the apples into quarters.
  • Run the apple pieces through a juicer.
  • If desired, dilute with water to taste.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator.

Notes:

For a different flavor, try adding a bit of lemon juice or a pinch of cinnamon.
