Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 Bell peppers, sliced use different colors for variety
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 2. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  • 3. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  • 4. In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and onion. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  • 5. Return the beef to the skillet. Add the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  • 6. Add the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  • 7. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce has thickened, about 2 minutes.
  • 8. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes:

For a spicier version, add some red pepper flakes.
