Ingredients:

Beef sirloin, thinly sliced

Bell peppers, sliced

Soy sauce

Worcestershire sauce

Black pepper
freshly ground

Beef broth

Cornstarch
mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and onion. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
5. Return the beef to the skillet. Add the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
6. Add the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
7. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce has thickened, about 2 minutes.
8. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes:
For a spicier version, add some red pepper flakes.
