Instructions:
1. Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
4. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
5. Fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy, about 15 minutes.
6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Notes:
Adjust the spice level by adding more or less cayenne pepper.
