Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions: 

  • 1. Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  • 2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • 3. Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
  • 4. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • 5. Fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy, about 15 minutes.
  • 6. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Notes:

Adjust the spice level by adding more or less cayenne pepper.
