Pork Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice Preferably day-old
  • 1 cup Diced pork Cooked
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Frozen peas and carrots Thawed
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 2 stalks Green onions Chopped

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  • 2. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  • 3. Add the remaining oil to the wok and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  • 4. Add the diced pork and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 5. Stir in the peas and carrots, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • 6. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, stirring well to combine.
  • 7. Add the scrambled eggs back into the wok and mix everything together.
  • 8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add more veggies or adjust the seasoning to your taste.
