Soy sauce

Frozen peas and carrots
Thawed

Garlic

tablespoons
Vegetable oil

Eggs
Beaten

Green onions
Chopped
Instructions:
1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
2. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
3. Add the remaining oil to the wok and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
4. Add the diced pork and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Stir in the peas and carrots, and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, stirring well to combine.
7. Add the scrambled eggs back into the wok and mix everything together.
8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add more veggies or adjust the seasoning to your taste.
