Ingredients:

smoked sausage, sliced

onion, chopped

garlic, minced

bell peppers, chopped

cherry tomatoes, halved

Italian seasoning

salt and pepper
Instructions:
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add the chopped bell peppers and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the cherry tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms.
