Ingredients:  

Marinade

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 pieces pork chops

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and black pepper.
  • Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the pork chops, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from marinade and discard the marinade.
  • Grill or cook pork chops for 5-7 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Let the pork chops rest for 3 minutes before serving.

Notes:

For best results, marinate the pork chops overnight.
