Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the pork chops, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from marinade and discard the marinade.
Grill or cook pork chops for 5-7 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Let the pork chops rest for 3 minutes before serving.
