Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Ribeye thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 medium Onion sliced
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and onion.
  • 2. Add the sliced beef and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • 4. Grill the beef slices until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • 5. Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.

Notes:

For best results, use a high-quality ribeye and marinate overnight.
