Ingredients:  

Filling

  • 6 Apples, peeled and sliced Use a mix of sweet and tart apples
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Topping

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Brown sugar Packed
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sliced apples, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Transfer the apple mixture to a baking dish.
  • In another bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the apples.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
