Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs large
  • 1 cup Milk whole
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Pie crust pre-made or homemade

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until well combined.
  • Add the milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the mixture and whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the custard is set and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the pie cool before serving.

Notes:

For a richer flavor, you can use half-and-half instead of milk.
