Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Transfer the gelato to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes:

For a richer flavor, you can add egg yolks to the mixture.
