Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 Egg

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your waffle iron.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and egg.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes:

For extra flavor, add chocolate chips to the batter.
