Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix all marinade ingredients. Add chicken strips and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
4. While chicken is grilling, mix all peanut sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
5. Serve chicken satay with peanut sauce on the side.
Notes:
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
