Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper optional
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  • 2. In another bowl, pour the buttermilk.
  • 3. Dip each chicken piece into the flour mixture, then into the buttermilk, and back into the flour mixture. Repeat this process for a triple dip.
  • 4. Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • 5. Fry the chicken pieces in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  • 6. Remove the chicken and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.

Notes:

For extra crispiness, let the coated chicken rest for 10 minutes before frying.
