Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Corn canned or fresh
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can Diced Green Chilies drained
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the corn, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese, diced green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix everything together until well combined.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite dipping snacks.

Notes:

This corn dip is best served chilled. You can also add some chopped jalapeños for an extra kick.
